Okay so if you get the 10th prestige glitch done from a hacker i hear you get suspended from xbl but for how long? and do you get reset?

I got suspended for 2 weeks but i didn't actually did the hack/glitch i asked a guy. and M$ sniffs around your messages

when you got out of the suspension did you get reset?
