I personally am not a fan of macklemore but its wayy better than thriftshopping.

What's not to understand a person loving another person?

Same love was another AMAZING song by Macklemore. But a better song that is quite deep is the song "Otherside" (Original one) [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] It is very deep and has alot of meaning. 100x better than "Same Love" But nonetheless same love is a really good song.

It's a great song, and I think the the people who are freaking out over the message, are mostly the christians. I don't have anything against christianity, and I'm certainly open to hearing/learning about it, but the reason they're freaking out over it, is because in the bible, it says that "marriage" is only between a man and a woman, or something along the lines of that. And, a lot of christians ( not all, but a good amount ) are against gay marriage, and that's why argument over the song has grown out of proportions, tbh.
