So I switched from PS3 to XBOX yesterday. I'm not buying any next-gen consoles till next year by the way. I made my account online and chose a gamertag (Auhfairs) but I don't know where to get online. When I load up XBOX it says pick a live membership 1 Month - $9.99 etc. I never knew you had to pay to play XBOX. Does anyone know how to get live for free? Also any tips adjusting to the controller? I've been playing BO2 campaign and I don't know how to get my 30 days free since I am broke. (I have a used console if that matters)

There's no way to get it free, but it's TOTALLY worth it.

there is a way u can get it free, you just need a credit card or u can do the bancore no phone number way and get a virtual credit card just google the way and then here is the link to get it free (dont worry its free)

if it's a new xbox console, you get 3 individual months free. 3 meaning you have to make three different accounts.

Heres a good tip, don't go back to sony.. They get hacked by Russian kids and I had one, I got 1000 dollers in the negative from them. Almost went to jail..

Fuk Sony..

Also stick with Microsoft.

Xbox one is going to be awesome since they changed all the Policys and stuff..

Not successfully. Millions of personal info hasn't been released when the hackers attempted to hack Xbox LIVE.

best tip i can give you, friends are the key. without friends on xbox or lots of communication the games wont be at its fullest potential.
