OK what you will need is things:
1. need to be host in an mw2 game(preferably ground war)
2. A computer or laptop near you with internet connection.
OK now what you do is during or beginning of the game you open up ur internet browser and then keep opening your broswer again so u have multiple windows open.After you have like 10 of those start opening new tabs to help the lag even worse for ur teammates and opponents.
Everyone will lag in the game except you and you will staright up pwn the other team.
Try it out and it should work! post here if it works for you!

Alternatives:
Net Tools 5:
Install > Web Tools > UDP Flooder
Set the IP to 127.0.0.1
Type the word Data 20 or more times.
Example:
Set the speed all the way up. Press start to lag, and stop to stop.
ZoneAlarm:
Install > Firewall
Turn the Firewall all the way up to induce lag, bring it to OFF to reduce.
Net Tools 5:
Install > Web Tools > UDP Flooder
Set the IP to 127.0.0.1
Type the word Data 20 or more times.
Example:
