People need to stop saying "I did this much will I get banned" Nobody knows so lets just stick to saying when you get banned or information on bans.

do we have confirmation on whether or not they can see your purchases? I already have an adder and im considering making just enough money to buy a tank and other vehicles before the patch

They can easily see anything you have ever done online. If the game keeps track of it so do their databases regardless of if you have your gamertag linked to the social club or not.
