I dont really know very much about computers, but i'd like to start playing PC games.

With that budget a SSD wouldn't be neccessary in the build,because it would take up a bit of the budget therefore having less money to spend on CPU,GPU etc.

Also OP don't think an SSD is mandatory. If you have the money for an SSD, get the SSD in your budget. If you don't have the money for an SSD, don't bother, save the money for something else until you absolutely need an SSD. I thought I'd quote this because it involves an SSD discussion.
