Heres some simple tips to gain Elo/MMR.
Helped a friend go from b4 to s1 almost gold within 1 month at the end of this current season.
Basically
1.Wards-Buy wards every back at least 1 but don't get too many to were your wasting money on them
2.Ride the OP train, basically pick 1 champion that is OP for your preferred role, master this champion
3.NEVER YELL AT YOUR TEAM, TYPING DISTRACTS YOU FROM THE GAME, AND WILL DISTRACT THEM ASWELL.

So ive been playing udyr jungle,
And most of my games are win 80% plus but the second i get in ranked im always with people that instalock or play people like janna mid that fed 1/8 and then blame me.

Any tips?

Well generally the rule is that pick order over call order, not sure if this is what you meant. But generally if your 4th pick saying you want mid for example the 1st pick that wanted mid and called after you is going to take it due to pick over call order.

Say "Will duo <your role here>"
(NOT FROWNED UPON)
Say "Fill!"
Be helpful, ward, and communicate with your team.

Just be nice and play ur best and you will improve over time :^)

The problem is likely your MMR, your MMR decides on who you are matched up with and against, if you win a lot but are still stuck in a division it is possible you could be bronze 4 with silver MMR
