I got on gta v and it wouldnt let me use my phone or anything or the hold select option.. Any help? Thanks! And i couldnt use the phone on singleplayer as well.. No options at all...

Delete the installation (8gb for GTA) and then reload game. Re-Install the installation and should work fine.
