So a couple days ago, my cousin dropped my controller and i guess he kinda busted one of the handles on one side. i didn't notice until today. I try to kinda push it together but it won't budge. how could i fix this?

They will need to be pushed together and rescrewed. If that doesnt work then a replacement shell is needed.

Its a T8 security screw and only on whatever parts have been effected.

Yes that one is good but do you still have the actual screw from when it broke?

it has broken the piece it screws in to there for putting a new screw in it wont do any good only way to get it closed is to try and take it apart and take the broken piece out that is probably broken off and keeping it open.

Just screw them back together same happened to me.
