I dropped my iPhone 5c down the toilet I'm kinda pissed. I took it out to see if it still worked and it doesn't turn on. I looked it up on youtube and they said put it in a bag of rice, so I did. I have left it 24 hours and it still doesn't work, i've tried charging it and everything. Any ideas?

This phone is more than likely dead. Did you try hold the power button down to see if it lights up or anything? If you have then try this other method


Hold down the home and power button and see if that works out.



You might have to get a new phone

I can see a dim light from the screen, but nothing else. I have tried the touch screen but that's screwed too.

Best thing to do now is sell it for parts, you can still get some money out of that thing when its water damaged. Just tell people that you are in fact selling it for parts and it is water damaged, you don't want to scam a customer!

Hmmm not to sure about this one because of how new the phone is and everything...

Maybe 30 to 50?
