I don't think there is anyway to fix water damage you will have to buy a new one

sounds like its dead... same thing happened to my old ipod but i dropped it in the bath...

It is water damaged (liquid crystal inside the phone itself as broken or something) is what i was told...

If anything, wait a few more days. My iPhone 4 took 2 days of drying up before it actually worked again.
