ive been on ios7 since it came out and un-jailbroken and not sure whether this method stills works or not, but to be fair should still work

2 apps, protube - bridge

protube is pretty much a copy of youtube however has a download function on the bar on the bottom

bridge has the possibility of getting a m4a you downloaded and import it straight into your music library.

on protube, once you downloaded a song it will have a blue arrow, if you press that it will give you the option of opening it in bridge, so pretty simple. both apps integrate into each other.

both apps cost but sources like sinful allow you to download them for free (sshh)

mewseek is the best jailbroken app to get you music for free from hope this helped
