You can't license transfer premium....If you did, you wouldnt get any of the map packs. because the nobody has been able to download em yet...

You could license transfer Bf3 Premium and get all the maps / tags ect. So unless they did something to change that...

It only works once all the maps are released, because none of them are released, nobody with premium actually has them on there download history which when you license transfer is what gets the IDs switch to your consoles IDs.
