Hello,

Everytime I try adding my account in the live streaming section of elgato capture software, it says "could not log in to streaming service, please make sure your username and password is correct". I have tried countless times.

(Xbox 360)

Maybe try changing your password and logging in again?
Make a new account and try again if that doesn't work.
Or maybe your username or password is wrong, you might have caps lock on?
