I need to know when the best time to buy a computer what site and what do I need to run minecraft,bf4 and arma 2. Any help will be much appreciated thx.

Newegg? And what's the best site to make one and yes I am a noob at this but do I have to manually build it or do they build... and I just want to run super good fps on minecraft and bf4 and I will also

Yeas you would need to physically build it as most prebuilt pc are poopy unless you spend $1700+. Watch youtube videos. If u are okay with building it yourself fill out this form... Whats your budget? Whats ur currency? Do u need monitor? Do you need operating system? Do you need any periferals?
