i actually havnt done anything for about 3 months and after school yesterday my console was banned i havnt done anything and my friends are messageing me an here askying y they banned me i have no clue i havnt been in any lobbies and i havnt been modding the only thing i have been doing is playing gta 5 so all the haters can shut up.

Okay. Sure. But your intent was to get in a lobby or host one. As long as you are posting your gamertag, it's like dealing with the devil. You don't know what can happen. That's why I never publicly post my gamertag on the forums. As long as you are running something on your console that is otherwise prohibited, you can be banned.

microsoft can not ban my $300 console for saying im hosting they dont know if im fake and dont have shit on my console and those accounts were dummy accounts they are not on my retail only on my jtag so they could not ban my retail if they dont have proof those are my accounts and were never on my retail it just no possible the only console those gamertags were on were my jtag so dont tell me i tryed to host lobbies so microsoft banned my console.

Maybe you might learn from your mistakes.

As previously stated by plenty users, Microsoft doesn't ban without reason. You slipped up somewhere or you got reported. Simple. Whatever the reason, it's not up to us to get you unbanned. Take it up with them (have fun with that) and see what they can do to either tell you what happened to get you banned or the reason why. They send emails with a bland reason why to the email your gamertag was registered with. And I think you should read that TOA again. Microsoft can do whatever they please when you register even with vague proof.
