I just watch an video and at the end he say 4gb file limit can i install like gta 5 like its an 8gb game so i wonder if the hole disc counts as a 8gb file or all the files that are in it

Yes you can. FAT32 drives are only an issue if you want to copy one file which is over 4 GB's to it. So for example you wouldn't be able to copy a GTA 5 .iso file over, but you can copy the extracted files from the .iso over.

Yes you could get in trouble if you download the game without owning a physical copy for yourself. If you download the game, just make sure you go out and buy a copy for yourself to support the devs soon after.
