So, when multiplayer is released it's all screwed up (Although it worked for me), they kept delaying on the stimulus package, they delayed the beach bum pack, then they said it would come out today, and where is it? Unless I'm blind it's nowhere to be seen. Also don't like the fact I've lost my FIB Buffalo and Police cruiser, sure, they're not legit, but will it really hurt anyone? I mean c'mon, I can't even upgrade them for christ sake.

because of the all glitching that was going on in the game..
So why delay it for everyone else? The people who glitched for money still got to keep all their cars, so it didn't really do anything. By the time Rockstar patched it pretty much everyone that was glitching had all they wanted anyway.
