my promblem is that the ps4 says its not connected to the internet while its downloading something so ya also i cant connect to psn

thats a tough question beings you cant connect to the the internet nor can you login to your psn. i would say if the problem continues contact customer support and see if they can help you trouble shoot maybe that will help.
