Join session, Vote any Domination or Demolition, It doesn't matter. Once the match starts get 3 Deaths and Capture a flag or plant the bomb to get some positive points then backout once the host has backed out and your host. When you appear back at the Xbox live menu, backout and go to the Black Ops main menu, then join back on Xbox live and you should be level 50, then just prestige and join back my game.
