My pre-order from game got canceled because I didn't pay for it in time(didn't even inform me to pay), it doesn't take it out yourself sometimes if you have ordered it online, check your email, you should get an email from game.

Ps I got the problem sorted and now my xbox has been dispatched

Well I got an email and the money was in there but it doesn't say it was taken out my account, I'll ring them tomoz hopefully it can get sorted thanks

It was faster just to go through the online chat thing, it's under help on the game website, they will call you and ask for your card details and then that's you paid.

Just spoke to them and they said it hadn't been cancelled, I decided to play it safe and change the card I was using to my mums just too be 100% safe the money was there when needed . I'll be getting a call today to change cards over so gonna ask if it can be paid for straight away so I know 100% it's all done and dusted
