i had the same problem, it said i needed to promost someone else to leader. so thats exactly what i did i made a friend of mine the leader of the clan then it let me leave right away.

Well how do i do that like step by step explain cause ive tried. Tell me the way you did.

all i did when it told me to make someone else the leader was click on their name when i did that it gave me the option to make them leader or kick them from the clan. so i just made him leader basically then i was able to leave. if that doesnt work for you call customer support. seems like everytime elite is down and i call them it magically works again after i get off the phone

Where do i go to make someone else the leader of the clan

theres NO special place to go click on someone random and make them the leader.

I Went On The App Left Clan
When Someone Invites You To There Clan
Press Y On Xbox Go Across To Team .... (Your First Team)
Press Scroll Down To Your GT Press X or Y
And It Give You Options
Press Leave Clan
After Go On Clan Invites And Accept And You Should Be In

yes that works but if you are the leader of the clan you still have to choose someone and make them leader before it will let you leave.
