Does ghosts use all the power of the xbox one? Say next year when a new cod comes out will it look better then ghosts? When they actually know the power of the xbox one will cod look a lot better?

Obviously games progress graphics wise as new games come out. For an example, Black Ops 2 looks way better than Call of Duty 4 which came out on the same console. So the answer to your question is yes.
