Just read a topic and in the comments i saw you can have jasper 1 day without getting rrod

It's random really. Jaspers hold up better than its predecessors, but they aren't immune to RROD.

so i bought a jtag but i havent got it yet but when i use it can it just be rrod and what does the rrod do is the jtag destroyed if u get rrod

Falcon Xbox 360s do get RRoD easy, but if you get a Hybrid X-Clamp fix and possibly reball the chips with leaded solder, it will be almost identical as a Jasper. My Jasper and my Falcon have the same temps. BTW, if it RRoDs, it won't mess up the JTAG.

RROD has different 'versions'. Some being fixable, some not. When it's not fixable it can be fixed for a certain amount of time. Just search up RROD on google. What apply's to retails apply's to JTAG's when it comes to the RROD.

2 RRoD is for overheating.
3 RRoD is commonly for needing a reflow/reball for your GPU, CPU, RAM or Southbridge chips.
It could also be resistors, caps and just shortages that cause it.
