Glitching cars into the garage seems to have been patched. I tried it with some simple cop cars and had no luck.
Glitches that require being in a menu while exiting the garage have been patched.The insurance and duping glitch have been affected by this and no longer work.
Mission duping vehicles has been patched.
Getting high RP from races has been nerfed.
Sp to mp has also been patched.
Most vehicles that are not allowed in the garage have been removed from your garage. Tanks,cop cars, etc. Please post what you have been able to keep,so I can add it to the list.

They have fixed the speed it takes to open and close the map and added pictures to all vehicles that are available.

Corrected an exploit where players could keep repeatedly selling a Bati 801 to Los Santos Customs.
Corrected an exploit where players were able to duplicate vehicles by accepting a Mission while leaving a high-end garage.
Corrected an exploit where a player could start a Team Deathmatch with all players on the same team.
Players are no longer able to delete their GTA Online character while the Rockstar cloud servers are unavailable.

Then again i have never entered my garage after patch.

you cant rebuild cars that no longer work unless they become modded
