Guys Help Im Willing to buy gold for Xbox live But Everytime i Press Purchase It Says Cannot Complete Payment or somethin I Have Enough Money On Credit Card And I Wrote Everyting Right It Works For MSP But No Live :/

BTW Im Using a Prepaid Credit Card!

I have a feeling that it might be because when you purchase Xbox subscriptions, it keeps the credit card on file so it can auto renew if it needs to, and whatever else.

Obviously a prepaid card won't be able to auto renew.

This is the answer.
Due to it being a Subscription they need a way to keep the subscription going.
Pre-pay is fine for one off payments

i have had the same problem before, and i called xbox and they said that some credit cards do not work to make purchases over xbox live, even though i had used that card before it wouldnt work again, so maybe thats your problem

i have a solution. go to a store buy how many months you want 3,1, or 12 and purchase with card.
