Type 2 for anything except xenons

xenon consoles will take either type 1 or 2, it doesnt matter
every other console takes type 2
phat KVs do not work on slims
and slim KVs do not work on phats
if you flash the wrong type of KV your console will either not read it or give Christmas lights

wrong... if you flash a KV via xbox live stealth you can use any KV... and slims use a type 2 hashed KV and these connot be flashed to xbox using flash tool and anyone who has a slim jtag/RGH will agree if they have been on stealth that they can use any KV

Slim consoles are Type 2, if you flash with XBLSE you can use any type of KV.
