Do missions or do races.
Do alternate jobs (Parachuting,Death matches etc)

Do invite only sessions and rob all the stores..for a legit way for quick cash

when you do go online use the passive mode so no one shoots you. they can still kill you by car though, so they can blow your car up and run you over.

and just do missions and stuff you'll get a hang of it pretty quick.
