Ok basically I have a new email, So I deleted my paypal account that had my old email on. Now as I was setting up my new paypal account with a new email it says I can't connect my card because its on a another account? But I deleted it?
Can anyone help me with this?

i would call up paypal support, but use a valid reason why you created a new account.
