okay so i get this error every time when i connect to my RGH and i use the Ghostsbuster 1.1 tool. for me its not much of a problem because if i just hit connect again it says im connected and works perfectly fine.

if thats not the case for you, than you may need to check a couple different things.

you may not be on the latest version on net framework. to fix this you can just simply google net framework and download the latest version from the microsoft website.

another thing that you may need to do is make sure you are using the right plugins, or that you have them in the right order in dashlaunch.
i have my plugins in this order and it works perfectly for me:
1. xblse
2. xbdm
3. xrpc
4. RPC
(not sure if you need both XRPC and RPC, but i have them both set just in case.)

you may also need to disable your antivirus/ firewall when you use the tool. i wouldnt disable them for longer than 10 minutes. some AV programs you can set a time for how long you want them to be down and others you will need to turn it back on yourself.
some AV programs will take over the windows fire wall., meaning that they will make it so in order to turn off your firewall you have to do it through your AV and not through the control panel (like the AV i use)

if you are not using an AV with a firewall and you are using the regular windows one you will have to go to the control panel, systems and security, and on the left hand side you will see an option to disable the firewall.

this should be a pretty easy one to fix.
this is probably becasue you either forgot to put the plugins in dashlaunch (or forgot to save them and restart your console), you dont have the .dll for the particular tool you are using in your hdd root, or you just dont have xbox neighborhood open on your computer.

so lets start with the easiest to fix one, xbox neighborhood not open/not connected to jtag. this is pretty easy to do.
make sure you have your jtag/rgh/devkit connected to your network via ethernet cable or wireless adaptor if you have a phat console, or if youre on a slim just make sure that you are connected to the network by checking your network setting

now just go to dashlaunch and make sure that you have xbdm.exe set as a plugin. if it wasnt set as a plugin you will need to set it and them save the settings to the .ini and set it to load from the .ini on startup and then reboot your console.

now go to your computer.
on your computer you will need to open up xbox neighborhood and click the add xbox 360 button.

on your xbox go to your network settings and find your xbox's IP.

put the ip in xbox neighborhood where it asks for your consoles name or ip and click connect.

you will need to set that console as your default one (just click the button that says yes on the window that will pop up when you say to connect to that xbox)

make sure that in the xbox neighborhood window there is a little check mark next to your console and double click it to open it.

this is easy.

you are probable not the host and are trying to use host only mods.

you may be sending too many mods/ too much information or commands to the game at once.

okay so depending on what tool you are using there should be a force host button.

to use force host youre going to go to the multiplayer menu and tap A on find a match. then hover over the game mode you want to host in.

put your mouse (on computer side) over the force host button and get ready to click it when you tap the A button on your controller.

tap the A button on the game mode you want to host on and as soon as you do, click the force host button on the tool.

if done right, the lobby should start with only you in it.

ok so for me my problem was that i was spamming the button, dont spam the force host button, only click it one time.

another thing that might be the problem is that you didnt actually get host and for some reason it disconnects you from the host/ server. (happens to me every time i try to host on domination)

a simple fix that i found is to just host on free for all instead of the game mode you are trying to host on. (im not sure why this works, but it works for me every time)

just go try to host in free for all.

im not sure why, but this works every time for me.

this is because your lobby is full (no brainer)

you probably just have a tone of people trying to get in all at once.
they will eventually be able to get in.

you may have too many mods active at once.

the people in your lobby may be putting down too many explosives \(C4s, IEDs, Trophy systems, etc...) just tell them not to use them as much.

people may be throwing down too many care packages (when you turn on unlimited ammo and yo get a care package you then have unlimited care packages)
just tell the peopl ein your lobby thta they need to not throw down any more care packages.
