i'll just go ahead and let everyone get to the second part since no one can seem to figure out how to even get past the .wiz file..
So for all you who are still stuck with part 1, and getting to the WizCon Next page follow this:
1) Start by going to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
2) Right Click > Inspect element
3) Down in the right hand corner, theres a grey knob for settings, click that.
4) Go to Overrides, and Enable it..also tick the box Enable on DevTools Startup.
5) Also tick the User Agent box. Select the dropdown list, and go down to the bottom and select Other.
6) In the Text box right next to it, type 0ne
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Now go refresh [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Should now look like this:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
7) You should have notice you are able to input text into the are you able? area..this is were the bold Compete comes into play.
8) Type Compete, and click attempt.
9) Right below it, you should have a clickable download called 535243.wiz
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Have fun, and good luck with part 2
