Does the controller come with the wire to make the controller wired?

Nope you have to put batteries in or buy the play and charge kit then that comes with a wire to charge it

There are both wired and wireless controllers for the Xbox One. However I assume the wire will be included with the controller or without, but you will definitely get one with the console.

The wire will be to charge it. I doubt they'd include a wired controller with either next gen.

I believe the controller has a internal battery and the cable is used to charge it. (Similar to the PS4 and PS3)

I doubt they'll ever release wired controllers but that's just a guess.
