After I had downloaded the new update and beach bum pack i went on to gta online to buy the new weapons. But when i walked in any gun shop or clothes shop it would not let me buy a thing. I then decided i would get the new Cars but when i tried to go on the internet in game it just stayed on the phone screen.
Any help would be appreciated.
I also tried redownloading both the update and dlc but it did not work

try reinstalling gta completely? if not i'd contact xbox support on twitter and rockstar

Delete update and DLC and clear your system cache also, then re download the updated and DLC.
