In my opinion there isn't any reason to fear a ban for getting into an XP lobby unless you went to the extreme, like 10th.. Here is a link to Activision Support that might help get a ban off of your mind..

Please post thanks if this topic helped or just anything else having to do with a ban on this topic to keep it alive, there is absolutely no need for even more people posting "Am I going to get banned because of the xp lobby?" The answer is honestly simple, there is always a chance of getting banned.

Ummm sorry to burst your bubble. But thats just about the whole reset issue. People who have gotten into the lobbies will be getting PERMANENTLY BANNED and will NOT be reset. I dont know why that link to what activision said got you excited. Sorry i had to ruin it for you but its true.
