Omg for those who can't get to step one here's a hint
Open a new tab in chrome
Right click inspect element hit the gear in the bottum right
Click overrides and enable and enable on startup
Click the box next to the drop down menu and select other... In the drop down menu
Type 0ne in the box next to other and hit enter
Keep inspect element up and goto speedsface.bukkithost.com
Enter the password compete
Download the wiz file
I'm stuck from there

No, it's a conflict with an extension in your browser. Just disable them all then it will work.
