Actually you can only do Cars you would find on the street but you can fully mod them:)

When your Franklin, park the vehicle of your choice at the parking spot attached to the strip club, then get out of the vehicle and the spot and quicksave, Go to online and now do the glitch but remember to use the character wheel instead of the "leave GTA Online

Yes,like maxed out dune buggy. The patch does keep out other vehicles that had to be glitched in.

can drive it into customs so you can insure then pull 1 out
