Are banned xbox 360 accounts unbanned on xbox one i heard that there is a second chance for all banned players ? is this true

No.

They aren't Xbox 360 accounts, they're Xbox Live accounts. If you've been banned from Xbox Live, you cannot play on either console.

Yes they are, I have a account that is banned on the Xbox 360 and I'm playing online on the Xbox One now.

How can I show proof? I don't have a camera/capture card. I also don't want to risk the account getting banned on the new system. Try it out for yourself and you'll see.

risk getting banned when your already banned? thats logic for you lol just post the pics scrub or it didnt happen
