I know how to do it but I don't want to lag up my internet cause loads of people in my family use it!

its no way around it for you to be able to select your sp online you have to lag your connection enough

You only lag it for about 10-40 secs. As long as no 1 in your house is currently using the internet then it isnt a issue. I cant imagine someone is online in your house every min of the day. Just when you have 5 mins like someone is watching TV give it a go. It shouldnt effect them a great amount anyway prob only notice if they are watching a film online and it starts to buffer for a sec or if they press refresh on the page as you lag the connection the page might take a little longer to refresh.
