Activision has a think on their website about the modded lobbies, someone posted a link to it on here the other day. But basically it says if you get into a hacked lobby and you rank sticks, dont worry as they wont ban you because its their fault they havent patched the mods. But this obviously means don't go to 2 prestiges up as your gametime will be to low.Hope this helped
