Like how do i put a motto? Or put like banners at the end of my posts? And especially how do i know when some replies to me on a forum?

You need to be gold for the Motto and banners. But you need to turn on notifications to know that someone replies to you.

For the Motto and Signatures you would need to be a Gold Member, usually you'll get a notification if someone replies to your topic, you may need to enable it in your Profile Settings if it isn't enabled already.
