If it's a dead 360, You solder the usb nand reader, then short the actual nand chip with a piece of wire. Then rewrite xell and flash a good nand image through that.

If you're saying that only the center light comes up an nothing else, then you don't need a Usb Nand Reader. You just need to reflow the CPU with a heatgun.
