its hard finding any answers for problems at present, cant give you a why but mine just did the same with Dead Rising 3.

Don't know If this was the issue but I have already had issue with save games doing the same if other people are in the room and it recognises them.

i can help you , and this reply out here. For raefon, your problem is them being a guest or account. Sign out of all accounts, and have your xbox rereconize you. And for the askers problem, turn your xbox off. Unplug and replug your cords. Completely turning it off. Your xbox was on standby and it caught a "bug", happens with new systems, hope this helps.

Hey thanks for replying to my section too, but I had done this and my account was signed in with them not being so. But anytime they walk into the room Xbox one recognises them and for some reason the data was saving to their account.

It hasn't saved to them after I deleted their account and it just has me on the Xbox.
