Basically, you get a piece of paper, write what you want on it with the words "I sell thy soul" in blood at the bottom, then you scrunch the piece of paper in a ball and you put it in a volcano. That's how you sell your soul to the devil.

I think this is a misconception i don't believe they actually sell there soul but they give there life away there happiness and there beliefs. i don't believe we have a soul, i believe we are a soul. I don't think you can sell you're soul but i believe you can give your life away and your saneness.

Honestly, it's ridiculous that people still think this can be possible.

You are joking right? Almost all of the "screamo" bands are Christian. The correct term is Metalcore not "screamo". If you don't believe me listen to Memphis May Fire or The Devil Wears Prada. They are extremely Christian.

you can't sell your soul. its not yours to sell. people just say that when they can't figure out why people are famous and they're not.

if anyone knew exactly how to sell your soul then there would be more people who believe in the bible, the consequences for selling your soul to the devil is eternal damnation now common sense would tell you not to sell your soul to the devil

It depends on how you want to take it.

If people are meaning it in literal terms as ~
"Live a life of success but spend eternity in hell."

Than that is what people full of envy will say just to justify their less interesting and less successful life.
