So I'm gonna be building a PC here in a few weeks with money I've saved and was wondering if this ram is compatible with with my motherboard and processor, I do plan on overclocking the motherboard for the ram. Thanks for any help

Your mobo and CPU are both compatible,the motherboard ays it does support 2133 memory but it says OC so im not sure.

Yea i know the motherboard and CPU are compatible, but I don't know if the RAM is compatible with them thanks anyway.

Yes it supports it but you may need to overclock it on the motherboard to unlock the full potential of the ram

Don't get the LE version of that motherboard, please. Either go with the normal M5A97 R2.0 or the EVO version. They may be a tiny bit more expensive but will be worth it.

Other versions have VRM heatsinks and more features which make for better overclocking.

Depends how much you're willing to spend really. If you can spend the extra then by all means go with the EVO.
