How do i put vehicles in my garage after the patch and how do i do the SP character to MP character glitch because i'm planning on modding vehicles into the game

There is a new way, it just includes a UDP flooder. I tried it earlier and it worked, but I'm having trouble positioning the cars in the garage because they won't spawn.
