Since there is no confirmation of the PS4/PS Vita bundle will be coming to US, I was thinking of buying it from UK. If I bought it though, will all my stuff be region locked at UK? Would my PS4 & PS Vita be UK? If I recovered my profile on PS4 would it be a UK profile?

You can always call them, I doubt it though.

no im pretty sure if you recover the account it will still be the currency it was before and should only accpet that if they didnt change it from ps3

No there is no region lock on the ps4.
