I like to play team death match mainly, I like to run around a lot I hate camping. Cranked is quite fun aswell

No secondary, no lethal, no tactical,

You don't need any speed perks, such as stalker, sleight of hand, marathon, quickdraw, ready up, because after you get 1 kill you get all those and the equivalent of agility.

It's hard to give perk suggestions because perks change for every play style, if you're able to know where the enemy is spawning at and are able to stay alive long enough, some key perks to use are
Focus, amplify, sitrep, and fully loaded. Base the rest of the perks on your playstyle and what will help you stay alive.

If you run support I suggest using Sat com, ballistic vest, and squadmate support.
If you run Assault, use anything you can actually get, if you struggle getting one streak a game, just run support.
