Over the summer me and my 2 friends (tyler and stefan) left my house around 3 am to get some controllers from Tylers house. His house is across the street from mine so I had to wait outside his front door with my other friend Stefan. He was gone for a while, since he had to be quiet, and me and Stefan felt like we were being watched. I looked over and saw my brother staring at me through his window. He didn't have the window completely opened he was hiding behind the curtain. But I saw it and freaked out and told him. I haven't put too much thought into it but has this happened to anyone else?

I've had it many of times when it feels like someone is watching me and when I turn to look there is someone watching :/ :O ahah

I would love to know or have some idea on how this happens... would be cool to know
