Open the files in Horizon or Modio.
Replace the IDs with your own.
Save, Rehash, and Resign.
Put the file on a USB (that has been formatted to your xbox) using Horizon or Modio.
Put the USB in your Xbox and either move it to the HDD or select the USB from as your save device when launching the game.

Is there anyway to get rank mods via usb?
