Every 25 posts you got 1 reputation power
Every 100 rep points you get 1 reputation power

So you get rep per every 25 posts and you can also receieve rep for being helpful for example ive onlu got 1 rep point haha im clearly useless on ttg..

It will come with time and effort. You also earn a reputation point for every 25 posts you make.
